Brent Ballard has been selling, acquiring, and managing millions of dollars of real estate in California for over 25 years. With his own personal portfolio of income generating real estate, Mr. Ballard brings an “owners’ perspective” to every property he manages. Brent earned his bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University, while also working in the public relations and marketing division of the athletic program. Upon graduating in 1999 with a degree in English and a minor in Business Management, he earned his real estate broker’s license and began work in the real estate and property management field. Brent also has a master’s degree in Business Education. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children, serving in his church, and playing golf.

ABC Property Management has been in the business of serving the real estate investment and management needs of our clients in the Southern California Area since 1930. We manage commercial properties including industrial, but the majority of our management portfolio is dedicated to single family and multi-family residential properties. Our management portfolio includes properties owned by real estate syndications, individual investors, families, ourselves, and, in a few cases, the third and fourth generations of families that we have represented and managed assets for. We custom tailor management programs to suit the needs of each individual property and its owner.
